We have a few more details on the catering to share. First of all, we have learned that children 5 and under are free. And children 6 to 12 pay the child’s rate. Anyone 13 and above pays the standard rate. So based on this new information these are the rates that will cover all expenses:
- Children 5 and under – FREE!
- Children 6 to 12 – $12
- Anyone 13 and over – $20
All that have already sent me the funds for your group I thank you. If you have and, based on this new information, you have sent more than necessary, let me know and I will return the difference. Our goal is to keep the cost to a minimum and that each person pay only what is needed to cover the expenses.
We also have more details on the food that will be provided by the caterer. Here is a more complete list than we had previously released.

- Hot dogs
- Italian sausages
- Chili for chili dogs
- Onions
- Sauerkraut
- Potato Salad
- Baked beans
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise etc.
For those that have confirmed the number that will be in attendance from your group, I thank you. If you have not yet done so, please do. With a breakdown by age category. And if you have already sent the funds for the expenses, I thank you. If you have not, I would appreciate you doing so by the end of the month so I’ve got it all before I travel. I don’t want checks arriving here after I’ve departed. 🙂
