Have you ever wondered what has become of everyone else in the family? Can you name everyone’s children……..grandchildren……..great grandchildren? Neither can I. It’s no one’s fault. Life just gets in the way.
How many years has it been since you’ve spoken with some of the other family members. How many birthdays have come and gone without so much as a text or an email bearing birthday wishes? This is not intended to criticize. I am merely making a point. That we have not done as good a job as we could have of sharing the best part of our lives. Our families! And that is why I am putting together a family tree and housing it on this website. So that all of us can learn more about each other. About our ever growing families. And share in each other’s joys. Maybe start to do a better job of staying connected. At least it will give us a visual of the growth of each branch of the family.
The success of this project is dependent on everyone supplying the information needed to complete the tree. I would like to have at least one image of every person in the family, their birthday and a short bio. What do you do, what is important to you, etc. I believe this will help to bring us closer together and learn more about each other. Certainly more than we know now.
